This level 1 package requires 6 weeks of attendance at 1 session per week of 1 to 1 work. The duration of involvement is 1 hour per session.

- A brief recap on level one, deepening the creative work with your relationship with yourself.
- including energy treatment, dreams and fairy tales.
- Working with challenges and gaining some understanding of their presence.
- Setting future visions for a life of increased self-worth.
- Q & A discussion at the end of the session.
This Level 2 package requires 6 weeks at 2 sessions per week of 1 to 1 work. Duration of 1.5 hours per session.
