“Dreams are illustrations from the book that our soul is writing”
Dreams tap into a huge database of memory, experience, perception, and cultural beliefs to form new ideas and concepts. They also present us with a way of solving problems that may seem impossible on a conscious level.
There is a compensatory factor in dreams, usually compensating for our conscious attitudes and beliefs so they can balance our tendency to be one-sided. Our internal dream-maker uses images in our nightly dreams that are overstated. Exaggeration helps us to get to the point. Every part of a person’s dreams is something the person needs.
